The Japanese Film Festival
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the Japanese Film Festival 2020 (JFF) has been postponed to January 2021. But do not worry as we have a series of items in store to keep you excited before the main Festival finally begins early next year!
2020 has been a challenging year with the COVID-19 pandemic affecting everyone across the globe but that did not stop some filmmakers from making the best of the situation. We have a special page on our official JFF website, introducing two “remote films” which were created entirely remotely during the lockdown, together with an interview with director YUKISADA Isao.
One Cut of the Dead Mission: Remote (d. UEDA Shinichiro)
Perhaps I Could Say It Now (d. YUKISADA Isao)
